How this works

Point at the problem. We do the digging.

Check the boxes that sound like your week. Quotes that take too long, leads nobody chased, paperwork done twice. If one box fits, that is enough to start.

Add a sentence if you feel like it. Optional. "Fridays disappear into invoices" tells us plenty. The detailed questions happen on the call, where they are easy to answer.
